Your Account Questions
"I have never created a BLACKMAX account before. How do I create one?"
Please create an account on this system by clicking here. You only need to enter your name, email, password, and country to create an account. If you would like to register a product at the same time you create your account, click here. Product registrations require additional contact information.
"I had an account on the previous BLACKMAX system called E-Box. Where are my product registrations?"
Your E-Box account and product registrations have been transferred to the new system. However, you will need to create a new password. Click here, enter your email address, and click Submit. You will soon receive a special link in your email (check your Spam folder if you do not find an email from us in your Inbox). Follow the link and you'll be able to create a new password for your account. Once this is completed, you will have access to your account. Please note that the password reset link is only valid for 24 hours. If the reset expires, you will need to reset the password again.
"I forgot my password. What should I do?"
You will need to reset your password. Click here, enter your email address, and click Submit. You should soon receive a special link in your email (check your Spam folder if you do not find an email from us in your Inbox). Follow the link and you'll be able to create a new password for your account. Once this is completed, you will have access to your account. Please note that the password reset link is only valid for 24 hours. If the reset expires, you will need to reset the password again.
Product Registration Questions
"How do I register my product?"
Click here. Complete all of the required information (fields marked with a *). Select a model by entering your model number and clicking "Choose Product." Remember, if you are registering a combo kit or products that are components of a combo kit, please enter the combo kit model number in the "Choose Product" field. Once all the fields are completed, click "Submit your registration" and your product will be registered.
"I cannot find my model number in the item list."
Please double-check that you have input the correct model number. You may also enter part of the product name or product description and scroll through the list to look for a match. If you find a match, select it and click "Choose Product" with your mouse. If you still are unable to find the product, please contact us.
Customer Service Questions
"How do I contact Customer Service?"
Please sign-in to your account, or create a new account if you don't already have one. Once you are signed-in, click "Support Messages." Then click "Compose New Message." Complete the form and click "Submit your request." Your message will be sent to customer service. When the customer service agent replies, you will receive a reply notification email in your personal email account.
"I received an email that Customer Service replied to me. How do I read the reply?"
Make sure you are signed-in to your account. Click "Support Messages." Here you will see your Customer Service requests. Click on "View Entire Message" to see the correspondence between you and Customer Service. The most recent message can be found at the top.
"I have not received a reply notification email from Customer Service. What should I do?"
Please allow ample time for a customer service agent to reply to your message. Agents typically reply within 24 hours of your contact. Please allow extra time for weekends and holidays. If you still haven't received a notification email, please check your Spam folder in your personal email account. You can also check your "Support Messages." area for replies.
